And butter nutrients multiply and many more. Buttermilk contains Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin A. It helps to absorb calcium in our body.

Eats and butter reduces the risk of cancer and heart disease. Increases immunity.
That’s it! Butter is also rich in antioxidants.

Many of us think that butter is fatty foods so eating it will become obese or cause a lot of harm. But this idea is wrong.
There is fat in butter. Not only the essential nutrients but the butter is much healthier.

Butter fat contains some of the fat that raises the body’s cholesterol HDL. This cholesterol HDL helps a lot in brain, nerve development, especially in the field of children.
